Convened by the Conseil départemental of Seine-Saint-Denis, with the support of the Internatioanl Observatory on Violences Against Women (OIVF) and the UCLG Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights (CISDP).

This session brings together members of the International Observatory on Violence against Women, a network of local and regional governments committed to combating violence against women, alongside partners seeking to strengthen protection for women and their children from gender-based and sexual violence. Focusing on domestic violence, it builds shared understanding of key concepts and public policy tools, while addressing emergency accommodation and safe, long-term housing as essential conditions for justice, comprehensive support, empowerment, and economic reintegration.
