#Local4Action Dialogue

Convened by UNIDO, in collaboration with UCLG.

This session will explore how cities can act as drivers of industrial innovation and sustainable economic transformation. Focusing on the Global ScaleX Alliance, participants will discuss how local and regional governments can use public demand, innovation ecosystems, and collaborative “scaling corridors” to accelerate the deployment of solutions in areas such as mobility, housing, circular economy, and public services. The dialogue will highlight practical approaches to strengthen local capacities, attract investment, and scale innovation through inter-city cooperation.
