Cities worldwide face mounting housing pressures, from ageing populations and climate risks to rising costs and changing patterns of work and mobility. This session brings together city leaders and experts to explore how housing policies can adapt to future urban challenges. From Tokyo’s approach to compact, transit-oriented living and resilience, to Rabat and Torino’s work on affordable housing and urban regeneration, the discussion will highlight how cities are already innovating.
