Convened by IFLA – International Federation of Libraries and Library Associations, in collaboration with UCLG.

In September 2025, in the frame of the UCLG Culture Summit and Mondiacult 2025 in Barcelona, the Culture 2030 Goal campaign released the document “The Culture Goal: from Necessity to Reality”, that is, the first-ever full proposal of a Culture Goal, with 10 targets and several indicators per target. This dialogue will focus on the state of the art of the achievement of the Culture Goal in the post 2030 agendas on sustainable development, and will discuss opportunities to engage in the call for a standalone Culture Goal at different levels.
