This interactive Lab explores how municipalities turn local development plans into effective, inclusive and quality public services. Drawing on experiences from Agadir and peer municipalities from different contexts, participating cities share concrete service delivery challenges and the practical responses they develop. Through structured peer-to-peer exchange, the session helps municipalities identify transferable solutions and strengthen their capacity to move from planning to implementation in diverse local contexts.
