Organised by the Moroccan Association of Presidents of Communal Councils (AMPCC), the City of Tangier, UCLG MEWA, UCLG Africa, and the International Center for Innovative Local Governance CILG VNG International

MENA cities are developing innovative responses to urban challenges and shaping the future of local public services. This interactive session provides a dedicated platform for local governments across the region to exchange experiences, identify shared priorities and contribute to the UCLG Local Social Covenant process. Through political dialogue, city testimonies and collaborative workshops, participants will co-create the MENA Urban Covenant Letter, a collective commitment to advancing inclusive, innovative and sustainable public service delivery across the region.
