Focus: Climate and Resilience

Organised by Ministère de l’Environnement

As climate change impacts intensify, this session examines the issue of Loss and Damage as a central challenge for post-2030 development pathways. By highlighting the territorial, social, and economic vulnerabilities that particularly affect the Global South, it offers a reflection on resilience, climate justice, and the transformation of public policies. It ultimately aims to reposition local authorities and vulnerable communities at the heart of a more inclusive, solidarity-based, and territorially grounded global agenda.
