[Lab] Action planning workshop: Inclusive local services for refugees and host communities

Organised by The Hague Academy for Local Governance, and Kenya School of Governance

This lab explores how local governments can deliver inclusive public services that respond to the needs of both refugees and host communities. Through a practical exercise, participants will apply the AAAQ framework (Availability, Accessibility, Acceptability and Quality) and participatory governance approaches to design service delivery plans in sectors such as healthcare and waste management. The session will address social cohesion, service pressures and local inclusion, providing participants with practical tools for developing sustainable and equitable local solutions.
