Care Corner

Organised by UCLG and the Global Alliance for Care (GAC)

Care is essential to sustain life, strengthen communities and build more equal, resilient and inclusive societies. Increasingly, local and regional governments are recognizing care not only as a service, but as a guiding principle for public action, shaping policies from housing and mobility to climate action and social protection. The Care Corner is an open space at the Congress to showcase experiences, foster dialogue and explore how care can transform local governance and territorial development.
