#Local4Action Lab 

Convened by The Hague Academy for Local Governance, in collaboration with UCLG.

This lab explores political decentralisation as a democratic practice and a cornerstone of multilevel governance. Through peer exchange and discussion, participants will examine how power, participation and decision-making are negotiated at the local level. The session will reflect on decentralisation both as a technical reform and as a pathway to more inclusive and co-created governance, contributing to UCLG’s Local Social Covenant.
