[Launch] The Public Sector Capabilities Index

Introduction to the Public Sector Capabilities Index (PSCI), the first global framework assessing local governments’ dynamic capabilities to deliver mission-oriented transformation. The session will explore how cities can strengthen strategic awareness, coalition building, learning, experimentation and delivery capabilities, while discussing the role of the PSCI as a practical learning tool supporting the Cities Countdown to 2030 Missions framework and improving outcomes for residents.
