This roundtable will explore how local and regional governments can help shape the next phase of global climate action ahead of COP31 in Türkiye. Bringing together political leaders and key partners, the session will examine pathways to strengthen multilevel governance, improve access to climate finance and data, and advance justice-based climate action. Discussions will contribute to a shared local and regional government vision for climate implementation, accountability, and resilience.
