In a context shaped by accelerating climate change, geopolitical crises, and growing territorial and social inequalities, this session will explore pathways toward more inclusive, resilient, and balanced territories. It will highlight the strategic role of intermediary cities in strengthening territorial cohesion, as well as the importance of climate-sensitive urban planning grounded in spatial justice. The session will also contribute to international reflections on post-2030 urban and territorial development frameworks.
